What is Over Fifty Fitness?
Over Fifty Fitness is a streaming platform that makes it possible for anyone over 50 (or close to it, we don’t ID at the checkout 😉) to get fit in their home.
Classes are taught by leading personal trainer PJ Wren and a group of qualified and certified trainers and instructors.
Fitness with PJ’s YouTube workouts is available on the platform, ads-free, with other specialty workouts ranging from Pilates, barre, yoga and meditation.
Will I be charged taxes?
Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your annual membership price. If tax applies, you will see it stated separately on your emailed invoice. Tax rates are calculated based on your location or the billing information you provided at the time of purchase.

What is included on an Over Fifty Fitness membership?
Membership includes access to an incredible catalogue of 800+ classes taught by leading trainer PJ Wren and a small hand-picked fitness and personal trainers.
Challenges, classes, monthly healthy recipe downloads, and nutrition and health talks are instantly available.
All videos are ad-free, and you also get access to our monthly workout calendars and a dynamic community of members worldwide.
How do I cancel?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership renewal through your account page, not on the app.
If you are paying month-to-month, you can cancel anytime before your next payment comes out.
Follow the prompts to cancel on the Settings page, and your membership will not renew.

Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
Where can I watch?
With Over Fifty Fitness, we can inspire to work out anywhere.
Once you join, we will send you the links to our app for both iOs and Android – which will also allow you to watch offline as well.

How often do you release new workouts?
Depending on whether or not we are running a membership-based challenge, we typically release the following:
- 1-2 workouts or health talks a week
You can view all of our new releases under our playlist New Releases on the platform.
Every Sunday you will also receive an email with an update on the newest workouts released for the week.
Ensure you do not unsubscribe from our emails. Otherwise, we will be unable to notify you when a new release is up on the platform.
Which classes are right for me?
Over Fifty Fitness believes in inclusivity. So, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, the classes accommodate all fitness levels.
We will email recommendations once you start your free trial, and you will also have instant access to our monthly workout calendar.
Do you have an app?
We sure do!
And our app is a great way to work out with your phone.
With the app, you can also download our workouts when you know you won’t have access to the internet.
After you’ve signed up on the website:

How much does Over Fifty Fitness cost?
After your free 14-day trial, you have two options:
- Annual membership: US$240 ($20/month paid annually)
- Month-to-month, pay as you go: US$24.99/month
Can I purchase a subscription on the app store?
Yes, however, we don’t recommend it.
Both app stores will charge you 30% more (this is out of our control).
Instead, we recommend you save money by signing up here on the website and downloading the app for free.
To download the app: the links will be emailed to you once you begin your free trial, and you can also find us on both app stores by typing Over Fifty Fitness.
Use the same login details you set up here on the website to access the app.
