PJ WREN

I’ve been a certified personal trainer, Third Age instructor and fitness instructor since 1995.

I love squats, planks, a good burger, and a gin & tonic with a squeeze of lime (the lime is a MUST).

Besides teaching fitness, I have written for several publications, have produced and starred in my own fitness show, and worked in cardiac rehab in one of Canada’s leading cardiac hospitals.

I’ve also owned and operated various training studios in the Vancouver area, and you will now find me online helping people from all walks of life and from all around the globe get fit.

My days consist of walking my hound dogs, filming workouts, learning new training techniques, while on the weekends, I enjoy dragging my loving husband out on hikes.
