Teaching is a form of art for me, a beautiful way to express and connect.
I come from a diverse background in singing, dance and fitness.
I enjoy performing and my journey with teaching has given me the privilege to be able to share my passions in a sincere way.
I enjoy helping others see the light within themselves, cause we all need that reminder from time to time.
My classes incorporate routines that promote correct spinal posture and build stronger bodies by targeting neglected muscles.
Since becoming so passionate about barre I created my own Barre Fitness Instructor Training Program and it excites me to know I can pass along the inspiration.
In the time I am not teaching, I enjoy hiking in sunshine, singing, dancing, listening to music, travelling, eating nourishing foods & learning from the people closest to me.
Movement is a part of my everyday life and I look forward to helping you find what moves you!
