I have been in love with yoga since I was a very young girl. My mom was my first yoga teacher and my inspiration to eventually teaching yoga.
I am the owner of Elements Wellness Centre and I’m an award-winning Registered Acupuncturist with a deep love of helping people find balance and peace in their bodies.
After decades of being a yoga student, I decided to take some yoga teacher training courses which lead me to find my passion for teaching Yin Yoga. I feel this style of yoga is something we are sorely missing in our lives… slowing down, going inward, and finding a calmness inside while also deeply stretching our body.
I enjoy incorporating breathwork, the Chinese meridian system, and tidbits of information into my classes.
When not working you can find me on the Sunshine Coast hiking with my husband and Bernese Mountain dog Finn.
My other favourite past-time is writing which I am just currently finishing up the editing of my first book on Yin Yoga + Hormone Balance.
