KATRINA LATIMER
Katrina Latimer teaches yoga, mobility, and mindfulness to help you connect more to yourself and your body– in a really intelligent way.
She teaches yoga that is founded on the principles of physical therapy. LYT Yoga™ was created by physical therapist Lara Heimann, and it is founded on the principles of physical therapy, kinesiology and biomechanics. It rewires poor movement habits and works to correct postural imbalances we face due to our lifestyle.
Katrina is a lifelong learner and self-proclaimed anatomy geek that has over 1,000 hours of training across multiple modalities.
She wants you to feel better in life and believes that moving better is the key to getting there. She leads detailed classes with creative sequencing and little bits of body knowledge spread throughout the practice.
When she isn’t teaching you can either find her in the kitchen (she has 2 culinary degrees), watching Big Brother or Survivor with her husband, or chasing after her two young boys.
