I have worked in the fitness industry for 20 years and it has always been a passion of mine. I love helping people new to and maybe slightly intimidated by exercise. I am known for my gentle (but still tough when needed) approach. I believe balance is key and everything in moderation. I love french fries, chocolate and ginger ale.
The health and wellness industry is a very busy and confusing place and my goal is to make it simple and easier to navigate for those looking to make positive changes in their overall health.
I have worked in award-winning personal training & boutique fitness studios throughout the years and am now enjoying learning and growing as a fitness leader in the online world.
On most days you can find me running after my busy toddler, listening to a podcast or audiobook, going for a walk… and at the end of the day I love to spend it relaxing in a hot bath with a face mask on.
